Napier Gateway Phase 1, Luton
Napier Gateway is a major new residential led mixed-use development close to Luton Parkway Airport. Phase 1 recently completed is a new build part 9, 10 and 11 storey building comprising 401 quality residential units, retail & gym commercial space.
The completed Luton Napier Gateway development will comprise of 685no. residential apartments, a hotel, retail and leisure outlets and a large new landscaped public park at the centre of the scheme

Turing Locke Hotel, Cambridge
Towner were responsible for the full painting and decorating works on this stylish new build hotel.
The hotel consists of 150 Guest rooms and 180 Guest apartments as well as a cocktail bar, additional co-working space, workout studio and meeting rooms.

Description: Internal decorating of a commercial office space.
Mountview Academy
Works: Decorations throughout including, anti-graffiti paint, intumescent coatings to steels and class 0 treatment to exposed plywood finishes.
Arnold House, Shoreditch
Works: Full internal and external painting package. This consisted of the painting to 7,090m2 of retail and office space. Tower interiors also carried out the specialist spray painting to the external brickwork around the whole building.

Works: A 4 storey, 100,000 sq ft building located on the mile end road in the heart of Whitechapel. Recently turned into modern office space, Towners completed the full decoration package, including spray painting throughout including exposed services, epoxy floor painting and intumescent painting to steelwork.
